Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. This cooling-off period applies to all customers in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Digital Service Nature
LaunchPulse provides digital services for web application development. By agreeing to our terms and accessing our premium features, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and services.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued within the 14-day withdrawal period if you have not substantially used the service. Additionally, refunds may be granted beyond this period if you experience significant technical issues that materially impact your ability to use our platform, as evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of the refund request approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. All applicable taxes will be refunded where required by law.
6. Exceptions and Limitations
The right of withdrawal may be limited if you have explicitly consented to beginning the service during the withdrawal period and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal right after full performance. Usage of premium features may affect refund eligibility.
